Espírito Santa is an Amazonian restaurant in Santa Teresa, Rio and is a great place for adventurous food lovers. The chef originates from Manaus and conjures up tasty and inventive Brazilian dishes all inspired by these Amazonian roots.

You can sit on their small balcony and look out over the hillside while trying their variety of cocktails like the sateré maué which is a blend of vodka, guaraná, orange juice and ginger. Delicious!

Their menu includes a huge range of fresh water fish and seafood and very good vegetarian options such as a banana version of the Brazilian fish stew and meat-free soups. Finish with one of their rich, thick and totally irresistible deserts!
